This series of team Time Trials will take our pre-season training to the next level and will perfectly complement our training for 2021 races. You’ll have an entire week (including 2 weekends) to complete each round of the TT’s. Since everyone will be testing during the same weeks, you can count on some friendly competition for extra motivation. With or without races, the distances that you choose to focus on will prepare you for a fitter, faster 2021.
1st TT: April 10th – 18th
Option 1: 1k swim, 20k bike, 10k run
Option 2: 1k swim, 40k bike, 13.1 mile run

New for 2021! We will have themes for each happy hour. This month, we’ll be hosting a book club, of sorts. Tune in to talk about Matt Fitzgerald’s book, How Bad Do You Want It.
You can read/listen to the book ahead of time or just show up to listen in to the recap and join the discussion. We’ll send out some thought prompts the week before the happy hour.
