When you sign up for 1-on-1 coaching, you get more than just a training plan. Your coach will design a roadmap that is just as unique as your goals are. The outline of the plan is based on the latest research that optimizes the combination of endurance, speed, and strength that best supports your trajectory. Then within the minutiae of the schedule, we work diligently to create progressions that align with both your objective and subjective feedback. Communication is key – on both ends. The art of NYX coaching involves weaving the intricacies of research-based methods with the ever-changing rhythms of your life. We will encourage you to ask questions, to always challenge yourself, and to challenge us, so that we can provide you with the best support possible.

Peak Coaching
