“Race Day 101” will walk you through the entire race weekend in two parts: First, the course will cover all the details of the days and hours leading up to the start of the race, including what to wear, what to pack, packet pick up, and setting up your transition area. Second, the course provides a detailed walk-through of the race itself, from start line to finish line and every mile in between, including the swim-to-bike and bike-to-run transition.
The course also includes three key videos which demonstrate how to put on your wetsuit so that it fits properly, how to take off your wetsuit quickly and efficiently, and how to set up your transition area to take the chaos out of the swim-to-bike and bike-to-run transitions and make them quick and efficient.
