3 Swimming Muscles: How and Why to Train Them

You use almost your entire body while you're swimming, but this video explains why focusing on your lats, your serratus anterior, and your rotator cuff muscles can make you faster and more efficient. Incorporating a few of these exercises into your routine will naturally enhance your stroke technique.
