Coach Shana: Never stop adventuring!

As January comes to a close, it brings with it my birthday.  This year is a big one – my 60th trip around the sun which for several years I’ve wanted to celebrate with my first 60K race!  The Arizona ultra run I targeted was unfortunately changed to a 50K for 2025.  After considering alternatives, I decided to make my Birthday 60K a DIY event. So as I write this the plans are made, training done, and I’m ready to get after it.

What new things are you considering (sporting or otherwise)? Here’s to finding a way to make them a reality in your life, and to many more adventures for 2025 and beyond!
